"Ultimate Highlighter Experience!"

For ages, I relied on a Stila eyeshadow (Kitten) for highlighting, but it’s way too sparkly for everyday use. I stumbled upon The Balm's Mary Lou Manizer, and let me tell ya, it’s way more understated. Plus, the packaging is just too cute, which is always a bonus! ;)
